This fitness dvd is probably my favorite out of all the series. Now compared to the rest of his series of workout videos, this one is probably in the moderate range challenging. I really love to dance so this works for me. In the two months I tried the workout I lost 8 inches all over and over 6 lbs total. This one will take a little longer but 8 inches is 8 inches gone right?
With Shaun T's slow step guidance, you all who know you don't dance well can learn. You'll have fun and wont even realize you are burning serious calories in the process. Which is the whole purpose of Dance Aerobics, so you won't go crazy trying to get every move right. Just have fun.
But remember, you must follow the dieting plan carefully or you won't fully benefit. I realized that the weights were mandatory, this was probably why I didnt see more pounds shred. I was probably like you, thought the weights would be too much at first. I was right. After 2 months or so my body needed challenging so I incorporated vitamins and herbs as well as weights.
